Kyle is a SeNiOr!

We started taking Kyle's senior pictures. It is hard to believe my firstborn is going to be a senior! The best thing about taking your child's senior picture is there is no sitting fee and if you don't like the proofs you can just delete them with a touch of a button. Of course out 100 pics there are only a handful that looks great!

Got a package today! Chocolate covered sunflower seeds.....

And they taste yummy! My kids don't care for them though.....I got them to match my scrapbooking room. So, there just for decor and a lil snacking when I need a few! :)

School is over today...........

Well today is officially the last day of school here. Now I am going to have to listen to "I'm bored" "there's nothing to do" for the next 3 months. Kids just don't seem to entertain themselves as we did. I remember going bike riding, playin with barbies, or making a huge tent out of a blanket and a fan. I need to find a book called Summer Boredom Blues! (lol)

Kaleb graduated preschool on tuesday night. He looked like such a little man. I told him he needed to stop getting so big. And he asked why? Of course I told him because now he is going to kindergarten and he will go all day everyday and I will be home all by myself. And his response was..........Have another baby. Needless to say his dad is overseas. I said well I cant do that right now. Yes you can mama! Just eat more food.(lol) Kids have it all figured out!;)

I have been a a lil scrappin happy. I don't where the inspiration or the scrappin mojo came from but I like it. I have been a mad scrapper since last night. I made 2 father's day cards and want to make some more. It's a good thing I have 4 Dads to give too. ;)

Self portrait

Here is a picture I took for Elsie's challenge. I really don't like taking pictures of myself. I like to be the one behind the camera or wall when someone else has the camera. I guess I will send this picture to my hubby overseas since he begs for a pic. lol

Getting Creative

Today I was working on a challenge for Donna Downey's trash to treasure. Well, it involves using a paper bag. Kaleb thought he would create something too. While I was working he was creating. He went into my scrapbooking room got some glue and an envelope and made this............ He calls it his horse. I call it getting creative! Who would have thought my 5 yr old would get my scrappin mojo! (lol)

The long and short of it............

Well, I got my hair cut! It definately feels lighter. I think I like it too! (lol) I got a busy day tomorrow! Scrap! Scrap! Scrap! Did I mention I am gonna scrap?

Happy May Day!

Well, today is May 1st. Where has the time gone? I have alot to do this month. I have to come up with some projects for the local scrapbooking store. I will be teaching a couple classes there. I am really excited about this. Maybe fun with felt or painting tyme. I dunno too many ideas I better go get busy! Here are some pics from a private puppet show I got to watch. ;)
